Effective date: September 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Emprendion LLC ("Emprendion", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit emprendion.com (the "site") or contact us through it. We keep this clear and in simple language, in keeping with how we work.
1. Who we are
Emprendion LLC is a consultancy focused on operations analytics, process mining, and process improvement. Our registered address is 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. For any privacy question, contact us at info@emprendion.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use a limited set of cookies and analytics technologies, described in Section 5.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for it through the site.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your inquiries and follow up on your request;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site;
- understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate, so we can make it better;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and who are permitted to use it only for that purpose:
- Hosting and content delivery: Cloudflare, which serves the site and processes technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and delivery.
- Analytics: Google (Google Analytics 4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics, as described in Section 5.
- Email: Zoho, which processes messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
5. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, sources, devices, and engagement. You can opt out across sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. It reports aggregate traffic and page-speed information only.
Managing cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.
Do Not Track. The site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.
6. How long we keep information
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to our analytics providers’ standard retention settings.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Residents of California and of other US states with privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- request access to, or a copy of, that information;
- request that we correct or delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share your personal information);
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@emprendion.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
10. Children’s privacy
The site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Visitors outside the United States
The site is operated from the United States and intended for a US audience. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
